Janan Collection partners with the United Nations Association and other organizations in presenting the first national Press conference/Panel Discussion about “IRAQI WOMEN” – issues they are facing in America and worldwide. To bring more attention, awareness and to educate you about these issues so you, too, can care.
Topics to be discussed: Medical, Legal, Education, Childcare, Art & Culture
Free admission. Open to the public. Iraqi artwork will be on display.
Representatives from each organization assisting or representing Iraqi women will be present to discuss key topics and issues facing these women. Iraqi community leaders, professionals and families will be present. Members of the press, including members from the Arabic papers will also be present.
